A snapshot of how SunRay shows up in Google and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini) for the searches your customers actually run — and the quickest wins to capture more of them.
sunraynotice.com ↗The homepage exposes only a single schema block. There's no Service, FAQPage or Article schema — even though you publish rich FAQs and 50-state guides. That markup is the exact signal ChatGPT, Gemini and Google use to understand what SunRay does and to quote you in answers.
The homepage ships two <h1> tags ("Your Trusted Partner…" and "Future of Lien Management Powered by the"), and the second renders cut off. Search engines expect one clear H1 as the page's primary topic signal; two competing (one unfinished) dilutes it.
For core terms (preliminary notice, mechanics lien, bond claim), the AI + organic results are dominated by Levelset, National Lien & Bond and CRM Lien Services. SunRay's brand strength isn't translating into presence in those generated answers and top snippets.
SunRay has been national since 2006 and secures ~$10B in receivables a year, yet the public web footprint is modest: an estimated ~70 organic visitors/day and under 1,000 LinkedIn followers. You run webinars, seminars and a full video library — but it's fragmented (YouTube sits on a personal handle, not a branded channel) and isn't converting into followers, traffic, or AI citations.
Traffic figures are third-party estimates (HypeStat) and exclude the gated filing portal; directional, not exact. Precise keyword & backlink benchmarks available with a full teardown.
